 Thank You, when you said that my home would sell quickly I really wanted to believe you. After all I am a realtor and have been in this business for over 10 years myself. When you called on day four of the listing and said we would be getting a very good offer I thought it was too good to be true. The flurry of activity and showings that first week was pretty intense and on day 8 the offer.


Besides the advice on preparing my home for sale and all the expert marketing, I am most appreciative of your strong negotiating during the original contract and also the Inspection period. The level of service I received at every part of the transaction was second to none.
